Hi everyone! After finishing writing Bento and Betrayal, I’ve had a bad week health-wise, although not from the usual culprit of my chronic IBS. Instead, I’ve been sleeping very poorly because of my menopause hot-flashes. I’ve been waking up every 90 minutes or so, AND once I wake up, it’s hard for me to fall asleep again.
