Hi everyone, Thank you for your prayers for my back! However, this past week didn’t quite go the way I’d hoped. My back was finally starting to improve, and I was gearing up to jump back into writing—only to get hit with a sudden IBS flare-up that seemed to come out of the blue. On top of that, I had a minor medical procedure that ended up being much more uncomfortable than expected, thanks to a bad reaction to the antiseptics.
